Go to the Contacts tab and tap the "+" button. You can either add a contact manually by entering their name and phone number, or import contacts directly from your phone's address book.

Go to the Videos tab, select a video, and tap "Share." Choose which contact you want to share with, and you'll receive a unique tracking link. Send this link via text, email, or any messaging app.

Go to the Profile tab and tap on your school district. You'll be able to search and select a different district from the list.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour.

You'll receive a push notification when someone opens your link or watches the video. You can also check your Dashboard for overall engagement metrics, or view a specific contact's record to see their viewing history.

The watch percentage shows how much of the video your contact watched. For example, 75% means they watched three-quarters of the video before stopping or closing the page.

Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for The Red Bus app. Also check your in-app notification preferences in Profile > Notification Settings to ensure the notification types you want are turned on.

Yes. Go to the contact's profile, tap the edit button (pencil icon), then scroll down and tap "Delete Contact." This will also remove all share history associated with that contact.

Yes. Each share creates a unique tracking link for that specific contact, so you'll always know exactly who engaged with your video. Share the same video with as many contacts as you like.
